Bosh cc408 alarm
Hi guys im new to this , my friend has a bosh alarm and zone 5 stays on constantly I isolate the wire at the panel for zone 5 and replaced it with a resistor just in case one of the read switches was faulty but with no luck the number 5 still appeared on keypad Could this a programming issue Thanks for any help

Hi Mancity,
Not familliar with the Bosch cc408 but if it is a 4 zone unit, could zone 5 be a tamper, cabinet or siren box etc?

This feature only applies if your installer programmed an output to latch (remain on) until you acknowledge the event that occurred.
How To Reset Latching Outputs
Hold down the [7] key until two beeps sound. The output resets.Bob Willson
