    Default Capacitor replacement

I need to replace a motor start cap in a fan but am struggling to find an exact replacement. The existing one is a 1.2uF aluminum cap but I can only find a 1.5uF aluminum cap of the same voltage. Am I able to use this as a replacement without any issues?

I can get a 1.2uF in a square style but as they are so much smaller than the can type I don't know of this is a suitable replacement?

    1.5 µF should be OK.
Using a cap of a higher (but not lower) Voltage is also permissible.

Given the smallish size of cap it sounds more like it is a "run" rather than a start cap, if so the square style would also be OK.
