Any experience with 220v to 380v VFDs ?
I have a two speeds motor that runs at 380v 3Ph, so is not possible to use star-delta configuration to run it a 220v 3ph with an inverter (My power line is 220v 1Ph).
I recently knew that there are some VFD that have 220v 1Ph input and 380v 3Ph output:
220v to 380v variable frequency speed control drive vfd inverter frequency converter frequency changer 0.75kw/1.5kw/2.2kw/4kw/5.5kw Sale - Banggood.com
or
HUANYANG VFD Inverters AC drive 5.5KW motor Input Voltage 220V Output Voltage 380V VARIABLE FREQUENCY DRIVE FREE SHIPPING|variable frequency drive|frequency drive|variable frequency - AliExpress
Anyone have had any experience with those kind of VFDs ?
thanks

Sorry can't comment on the 220-380V VFD but these motors can be converted intyernally to run as a single speed 220V, since then using a VFD will provide much more than 2 speeds. I have a 150mm wide belt, 2 speed Italian Belt sander that I converted to single speed on 240V 3P so it can be run from a 240V 3P VFD. Linisher Score In that thread there's a link to the motor conversion to single speed.
