Question Forward Reverse Switch for single phase 240v motor

I have a meat grinder with a single phase 240v motor that only runs in one direction. I want to add a switch so I can reverse the motor when something jams in the grinder. Any suggestions on a switch that will work and a wiring diagram?

For liability purposes we don't usually provide specifics for mains electrical stuff in these forums but I can provide you with general information.
Besides the Chinese characters and those coloured wire could mean anything so it could just be a case of the blind leading the blind.

Single phase motors usually have a "run" coil and a "start" coil.
To reverse the direction of the motor the "Active" and "Neutral" connections to EITHER ONE (but not both) of these coils needs to be reverse.

It will be safer to let a sparky do this because it will require working out the complete internal motor circuitry and making sure the capacitors and any centrifugal switch are still in their correct placement. If you get one wrong it could permanently damage the motor and you.

I've a couple of FWD/REV switches coming in the mail, when they get here I can send one to you if you haven't anything sorted out.
    Here's a link to them fwd/rev switch - HZ5B-10/2 D009
Can't help with the wiring side of things, best bet is to get a sparky in to fit the switch. It'll be cheaper in the long run and safer too.

Just so you are aware, those switches that Kryn has are only rated at 10A. Your motor draws 18.5 FLA. Fine for 3 phase 3kW. Not single phase 3kW. You can use them to switch a couple of 20A relays. It does take up a bit of room if you do it that way though, by the time you mount them in a suitable enclosure and connect all the cables up.
Those were the droids I was looking for.

Ok, thanks for the heads up. Trying to find a sparky to have a look, but haven’t found any that are interested as yet. I may have to go back to my original plan and try and work it out myself if I have no luck.
