Hi,, I have some celery pine. Wood is in southside brisbane.
You can also try Island Specialty Timbers in Tasmania.

Thanks, is the celery pine you have 1/4 sawn and how much do you have that you could spare?

Not 1/4 sawn, backsawn, you will have to resaw it to narrower boards
30mm thick material and abot 150mm and wider

No celery left in Tassie as it is all locked up. Minimal supply only and generally poorer quality.

I have good quality, quarter sawn celery top but it is musical instrument grade for soundboards not cheap.

Greetings miterdunnit - hope u r not too close to the cyclone!
I have 2+ cub. mtrs CT. Old growth. close fine grain - seasoned about 15 yrs - fillet stacked. Random sawn but various lge sizes. Mostly 5mtr lengths also some 100sqr x 3mtrs. Very few knots(small & tight). Some might be qtr sawn - don't have time to look until weekend. Let me know if u would like to see pix of end grain & boards. I've used CT with great satisfaction for marine cabinets & antique restoration - love it!
Have a few slabs myrtle & blackwood - if u want 1cubic mtr or more of CT would be happy to throw in a slab for free. The more u want the better the deal can be negotiated.
It will be a sad day when these fine timbers r just a memory.

The cyclone is between here and Townsville,hopefully it will be small and pass over quickly, less damage that way.We need the rain anyhow.cheers
