Default 10" tablesaw and 10" planer/thicknesser for sale in Ocean Grove

    Not an auction.

    Woodfast TS250RC 10" tablesaw, Carbatec AW106PT 10" combination planer/thicknesser

Preference initially given to someone who will take both machines. I'll consider separating if there is no interest in both together

Looking for $850 for the planer/thicknesser (1/2 price) and $750 for the saw, but sell together for $1400, another $50 off for current forum members.

Tablesaw very light use by me, not used in 18 months, moderately used by previous owner (the folded steel table extension looks really grubby but saw otherwise works fine); planer/thicknesser not used at all by me, light use by previous owner.
I've turned them both on and confirmed they run smoothly; I've also cleaned and waxed the tables. Other than this I haven't touched them. Blades seem sharp but would definitely benefit from proper sharpening; sliding table and fences all seem to operate fine; thicknesser roller mechanism operating normally. I must have dislodged one of the safety cutout switches under the planer table when I moved it because it has never worked, but now I've decided to sell it all off I've found the problem, trivial switch replacement and everything works.

Both machines include mobile bases, as I recall the heavy duty tablesaw one cost me $150
I don't have the original manual for either of them, but have downloaded manuals for almost identical machines with the same model numbers (taiwanese machines sold under different labels), I can't guarantee they are perfect so use at your own risk, but they look pretty good to me.

Planer/thicknesser: apart from the paint it looks identical to this one, which Carbatec prices at $1699.00:

Tablesaw is a Woodfast TS250RC, I can't see it in Australia any more but it looks almost identical to this:

I used acetone to remove old wax from the table and succeeded in removing the numbers from the rip fence tape measure scale as well . I can still see it but at least it should be a cheap and easy fix if someone's annoyed by it.

Don't know how to put this without sounding lazy, so...I'm happy to deal with a courier provided I don't have to actually do anything! For now, only accepting offers for both machines, for people who will collect/arrange collection from Ocean Grove 3226. Happy to take offers to separate but no promises to accept them.

I also have a bandsaw I'm considering getting rid of but can't find the fence fastenings at the moment so not ready to sell. Trupro EBAS-350, 14", 1kw, very similar to this:

Let me know if you're interested and handy with putting bandsaw fences together.
