I don't know much about these but would like to know what vacuum it pulls please. Also, what phase and hp is the motor? It looks quite old, is it?

A pump like that would when new probably be able to pull <200 microns if in good condition...even 500 microns is good enough for most uses

hi again this thing could suck start a Harley.
maybe.

David the pump is old. it is complete with a 1/2hp
single phase 240v motor. the belt drive set up
turns it over nice and slow.
i seem to remember it pulling at least 25in hg plus.
ill try to confirm more details today.
