Hi Tex, what size are you looking for? As they come in 2 sizes 1500 and 1800 which is the overall length of the base of the unit.
I have one, but you ain't getting it. If I hear of anything I'll let you know. I paid $1500 for mine with copy and router attachment with Makita laminate trimmer, last I heard of one for sale, it went for $800. Though I do know of someone who sold one to a "mate" for $250, makes you sick giving it away at that price.

    Thanks for the reply Kryn,

probably prefer a 1500 although I could make the space for an 1800.

I missed one on machines4u.com.au by 15 minutes apparently, it was $2,200 and looked as good as the day it left the shop with every conceivable attachment. Happy to pay the right money for the right machine.

Like Kryn, I am in SA and have one which I am not giving up. They come up more frequently here and often on Gumtree. There were a couple not that long ago but I couldn't find them when I checked. If you were prepared to transport from here, I would suggest a wanted add on Gumtree may get some results. Like Kryn, I would think you may get it cheap which can help with transport etc. I agree you need it with all the pieces as getting replacements may be difficult although there is someone in SA who makes the cutting edges and I am told may be able to help with other parts.

    good luck.

Really appreciate the comments. Given I missed what I missed I tend to google every night. Some may say obsessed, I say committed given I missed out. The one on machine4u.com was SA based and I am happy to pack some cut lunches and head on a road trip, the inlaws live 5 hours away and we head there at least once a month.

i will put a post on gumtree and is a mighty idea.

    thanks heaps.

Thank you for the heads up. I have sent them through my contact details just now. I did reply to that add a bit over a month ago and spoke to someone from them who said they would go away and check what lathes they had. Never came back to me and all sounded a bit odd. I will give it another crack and see what comes of it.

i posted the add on gumtree as well as suggested and will see if I get anything?

    thanks again.

Just noticed one on eBay, in hoppers crossing....

Don't know the first thing about them so dunno if it's what you're looking for, but do a search if you're still in the market
