    If you want to learn, that would be the best opportunity to get some entry level gear at a bargain basement price. Nothing to lose there, Smiife! Its worth much more than the asking price.

    Yes smiife the wire travels through the handle, basically point and pull trigger, well sort of . The catch is getting the speed (of wire feed and your hand)/heat (amps)/distance to steel etc etc right. This welder is for thin walled hollow sections, thin plates and angles etc. You will need mask and gloves, I couldn't find John's, but if I do I'm sure they will also be a good price.
