    Default wanted small qctp tool holders

    hi i have a dickson type m tool post i would like some more holders.

    the holders are small 70mm long 30mm wide.

    i also have a small 40 position tool post that id like some tool holders for.

    there 80mm long and 40mm wide.

    i also have some odd larger qctp tool holders that id be happy to swap for.

    I don't have any small holders to swap but I may be interested in the larger ones if they would fit the dixon on the colchester.

    Default tool posts

    the other spare tool holders i have are
    25mm tool 108mm long
    92mm between the vees
    60mm high

    32mm tool slot
    10mm between vees
    66mm high

    Hi Aaron.
    i don't have holders to swap but i have a lot of milling and lathe tools that you might be interested.
    i'd be interested in the 40 position qctp.

    it may be to small for my lathe but im not
    yet shore.

    What is the benefit of a 40 position holder if you can rotate the whole tool post around the bolt???

    good point but i think the bolt locks it in to place. much like the other type of tool post.
    i see the main advantage of it is not having to center your cutting tool when you change tools
    the hole indexable bit is not that important to me.
