    Default Thicnesser ... Jet JWP-15HO Planer - Sydney

    Jet JWP-15HO Planer - $850
    Note this is not an auction.

    I bought this only lightly used and have never switched it on. It has just sat in the garage gathering dust for past 3 years.
    The thicknesser is is 15" with a 3 hp single phase motor.

    Location. Sydney suburb of Freshwater (Harbord) on the Northern Beaches.

    Note that I listed this previously but ended up being away a bit so my follow up was poor. I have since seen that there is some rust on the cast iron bed which should clean up. Hence I have dropped my original ask from $950 to $850. Come and have a look, see what you think.

    Meanwhile here is some detail from the Operators Manual;

    ozhunter tells me he has bought the thicknesser, though I cannot see where this has registered. .... Hence, just letting any watchers know the machine is now sold subject to collection and payment by ozhunter.

    You'll need to approve the bid by clicking on the bid history and once you've completed the sale, end the listing via the owner edit options

    Thank you DJ's, but why didn't the display indicate that there had been a bid instead of showing "No Bids Yet" in the column "Current Bids"? Unless buyer sends you a pm you would never know that a bid has been made.

    That would because when you set it up, you didn't click the accept auto bids button or whatever it's called, they way it is set now requires you to check and approve bids regularly/daily

    I actually found it a bit tricky understanding the listing process particularly when it appeared to list as an auction when all I wanted to do was list the item for sale, hence why I did not check a box to approve bids. Maybe the younger members are ok with using it.
