Thread: Vicmarc VL100 Mini lathe

I have for sale an old Vicmarc VL100 Mini Lathe. It comes with just the basic accessories (drive centre, live centre, knock-out bar, small face plate chuck, and 2 different sized tool rests). The lathe and motor are mounted on a board so it can be used on a workbench or saw horses and then put on a shelf or under a workbench when not in use (for those woodworkers who have a small workshop). The motor is the original Italian 0.5HP Lafert 240v motor that drives a 6 step cone pulley connected to a matching pulley (on the lathe spindle) via a tripe V belt. The lathe is in good working order but cosmetically, the lathe and motor have staining from the application of surface finishes, the paintwork is chipped in a few places and there is the odd small bit of surface rust - but not on the machined metal surfaces.
