Default Wadkin Bursgreen Jointer - NSW

I have my Wadkin Bursgreen jointer for sale. I have no idea of how old it is but anyone who likes old machines will like this. the details are as follows

    Tables are 1540 long x 235 wide

Three phase but it would be an easy conversion to single phase

I have installed a six inch dust port

It comes with an operator's manual and blade set up jig

One feature it has got is a side table to cut rebates

What I like with this machine is the blade height is automatically set as the blades sit on springs and the jig sets the height so there is no need for any measuring or mucking around as happens on a lot of modern machines

    $650 buy it now

all over Australia, men are locking themselves away in rooms with their laptops and IPADS looking at this sort of machinery .

i am just about to purchase a scroll saw because I don't have one and I need it so my tol fund drops again. But I do like the look of this and I hope somebody buys it who will appreciate it.

good looking machine. (no it really is. not just saying that because I know chris)

I like heavy machines with adjustable out feeds. AND cause everything so thick, repairs so much more plausible. weld, tap, braze etc better.

just an opinion. I'm not a jointer expert. 2 cents worth.
