    Matt

Don't stress over this unforseen turn of events. I took the opportunity of checking a little history.

Apparently the atrocities of the Spanish Inquisition have been grossly exaggerated and although there were around 150,000 people hauled before, I mean requested to attend, the Inquisition, only about 3000 of those were executed. Those that repented were shown clemency and were garroted before being burned, but those scally wags who maintained a defiant attitude were burned alive.

Unfortunately there were a large number of people exiled and were required to leave without their woodworking tools.
The point of all this is that you should take heart as there are no recorded statistics to indicate that any woodworkers were implicated.

In fact I have been contemplating a GTG up here, but I haven't got the act together yet. If any of you Victorians know you are heading this way, let me know in good time and we might be able to organise something.

There's a revised version of that Inquisitorial spirit now Matt.

What they lack in philosophical framework they make up in vigor.
Innovations are those useful things that, by dint of chance, manage to survive the stupidity and destructive tendencies inherent in human nature.

My threads have a peculiar habit of going of on the most strangest of tangents.

I believe "innocence" was rarely a successful defence.
