The big B at Kangaroo Flat
Not a complaint but the opposite. I needed some bulk filler and rang up beforehand to make sure it was in stock as they are 60km away. The young lady on the phone checked and found there were two left and put them aside for me. When I arrived two hours later there it was waiting behind the counter.
Cheers,
Jim

Some years back, I fixed out a home for my local timber and hardware store owner. The entire fix out was in Aus Cedar with no expense spared. Lots of turned work and carving made it all quite intricate. The end result was stunning and we were both satisfied with the outcome. A couple of weeks later I entered the store and was confronted with a 44gal drum of Builders Bog with a sign on top saying, "Save For and my name on it." Apparently a mistake had been made with stock order numbers and the drum was delivered instead of small tins. While the drum awaited pick up my "friend" wasn't going to miss a golden opportunity.
I know I shouldn't hate resellers, but they make it so easy.
