Thread: Pat on the back for LV

I feel that with the previous thread I had some reservations on LV, with their despatch of my order from them.

OK all has been resolved and only with the patience and due diligence of the terrific lady I dealt with in regards my order that I can only say that (with foot in mouth) my faith has truly been restored to the belief prior to the unfortunate incident of late.

A really big pat on the back of Lee Valley and their enterprise for the diplomatic manner and their approach in dealing with me.I intended spending some serious amount of money thru their company and will continue to on the way they do their business.

I may have been rash, but I'm fraught with all that concern when it comes to my hard earned as no doubt all are.

There are many companies out there that could take a leaf out of LV's propriety business accumen with the public.
