    Default A pox on Ikea!!

We have bought some good gear at Ikea over the years, the best being a pantry
with drawers and a couple of Poang chairs.

I am, however getting a bit sick of the shop lay out. You are virtually locked in and
it is not possible to simply go from one level to the next and back the same way.

Another thing that annoys me is the lack of ability to contact them via internet.

Some things cannot be done because of their policy! Well bugger the customer! let's
    just adhere to policy!

Now you know how a cow feels when it's led into a stall and milked by a machine.

Oops - now they don't seem so good - equine DNA in them according to the news.
Not that I have any thing against eating horse meat, I would just like to know.
I guess Forrest Gump had the right idea when he said 'Don't eat anything you don't know what it is'

I generally avoid the place like the plague but SWMBO drags me along occasionally to look at something. When I'm done I want out. If you look closely you will see doors for staff that connect various sections - I just use those and if anyone asks I grab my crotch and say I'm looking for a toilet.

We check the isle and location numbers on the net and go in by way of the checkouts. Last time we went in and back out, loaded the trailer and on our way within 30 minutes.

The "short cuts" are listed on the store maps, once you have seen a couple they can speed up navigation (a little bit).
When we get to the Market Hall section, I will head straight to the warehouse to start picking the big items (and finding out what isn't in stock), while SWMBO takes her time.
