    Default Good service from GPW

I bought a 2MT live centre from GPW a couple of months ago, it sat unused until last week when I got my new lathe set up and ready to use.
The centre had some problems with a noisy bearing, so I sent off an email explaining my concern with the centre.
Huon emailed straight back saying there was a new one in the mail.
I have the new centre now, it is perfect ( as a new centre should be ).

I have always had good service from GPW in the past, but this is the first time I had a problem with one of their products , it was dealt with professionally and very quickly.
I would just like to give them a pat on the back.
    Thanks Guys .
    Brad.

    Default Very impressed :)

I have always found GPW's service to be terrific.

Subject matter expertise and good quality products that don't break the bank.

That's why I keep buying their stuff
