Disclaimer*. I'm not the seller, but that is sitting in my trailer, in my shop.
I was at a customer from last Wednesday, re-organising his shop to make room for a Largish CNC mill I put in last Friday. I had to skate half a dozen machines around, to make room. This was one of them.
He said we haven't used that for years, so it has to go. It ended up on my trailer and under cover at my place. My interest is getting my trailer back.
To me it looks to be in pretty good condition, tons of tooling, arbors, spacers etc. The 3 axis DRO is Sony.
I'm told it has an issue with a clutch for the X axis feed. I'd assume it just needs an adjustment. I can help with that if one of you guys from the forum, was interested in it.
I'm told he has the books & manuals for it. Not seen them myself.
Within reason, I could deliver it, but you would need a 2t fork to get it off.
I'm staying out of the commerce, but Steve's number is in the EBay add. But your welcome to inspect it at my place Thomastown.
I'd keep it my self, but its the exact same size as my Enshu.
Regards Phil.
BTW - if he is interested in selling just the vertical head and/or the tooling separately, I could be a potential buyer.
Well then lucky I'm not asking you to. :)
I already have a vertical head for my mill, however it is a "universal" type that sits closer to the table than the standard head does. A standard head would be nice, but it's certainly not essential.
I only mentioned it in case the seller decides he would rather something than nothing (assuming he has any trouble selling it) ... If you don't ask, you'll never know. If he says no, I won't be upset. :)
