    Thats one hell of a lot of lathe, i don't like his chances at the price though.

    Default Great Lathe

    That looks just like mine, apart from the DRO and Quick change tool post. Mine has a copy attachment instead of the taper attachment. I bought mine from the company I worked for 20 years ago for $5500 I think it was. I had spent a few hours on it before I bought it. The distance between centres is a bit longer if you try hard enough!! Still my favourite machine tool to use. I guess I better try and prove it with a photo soon!
