    Default Bougainvillea. Is this one unusual?

    We have a Bougainvillea that was bought as being varigated, which it was at the start.

    Today it is predominantly white. However, some flowers have a pinkish tinge and some are red. Some locals here in Millmerran say that can't be, but it is:

    I should mention that some other vine is present at the bottom of the tree and the orange you can see in some pix is a Silky Oak that is back on our boundary fence.

    Varigated plants can and do revert to the root stock and knowing what colour by year is a guess
