Burnerd Multisize chuck
For reasons I can't explain, work had this buried in a cupboard. I can't explain it because none of the lathes there are D1-3, so why it was there in the first place is a mystery. My lathe at home is happily D1-3, so this is on holidays at the moment at my place. (Negotiations are continuing...) It is a Burnerd Multisize collet chuck. With the right collets it will do from 1/16" up to 1-1/2" diameter. The chuck is activated with a thing that looks like an overgrown drill chuck key.

In the bottom of the original container were three bits of paper - instructions inseveral languages. As the paper has been on the receiving end of some harsh treatment, I thought I'd post scans here for posterity.
