Something Marked off the crosscut ?? The degrees on the slider were marked out off the crosscut once it was cutting true ?
Whats the first word or two letters ? An abbreviated meaning for whatever Wadkin called the ?

I think it says "All degrees marked off correct" - so I would guess that means they checked that the degrees marked on the table were marked correctly (in the correct places) - remembering that each mitre was made for it's table (or each table was marked for it's mitre).
When Matt Matt machined a batch of repro mitres last year (or was it 2019?) he made a measuring jig which was sent to each buyer. That's because each mitre was individually fitted to it's table by Wadkin, back in the day. So the reproductions had to also be individually fitted.
