    Default Habco homeshop advice needed

    Hi to all the Habco Homeshop owners out there.

    I'm in the process of stripping and refurbishing my Homeshop and I need advice on how to remove the bearings from the main spindle.

    I'm following the instruction manual but having removed the cap on the left side, and the pulley on the right, i can't see how to get the bearings out.

    Any advice would be much appreciated.

    Also, my Habco is missing a few parts. If anyone out there has spares they're looking to sell, I'd be interested.

    Thanks everyone!

    Never mind. I sorted it out with the help of a friend with a two-claw bearing puller. I also learned that the key on the shaft that locks the pulley in place is actually a removable half- moon shape.

    Guess you do learn something new every day!

    For future reference I'll paste these photos from Gumtree;
    "Combination Surface Planer & Saw/Sander" it is a Habco, 'Homeshop'

    Namoi River/ Tamworth region, listed 07/09/2019

    Neat tag on it.
