Sorry for cricking your neck with these photos, but any photo I insert does this and I haven't found a rotate function as yet in the browser.

I am restoring this band-saw and have no information on it. I did pick it up from Melbourne after buying it on Gumtree over 10 years ago. The owner had no history to add, other than his dad was going to restore it but never got started. There appears to be a E.G.Lacey, 106 Sackville St, Melbourne listed as a manufacturer, but have no idea of time or what other machines they produced.

This machine is a 2 piece cast iron construction with 2 x 14" wheels and a round table. The tires were interesting as they were not rubber, but a woven material that was one piece glued down with some very hard to get off orange glue. My sandblaster had a hard time with it, so it is on to the paint stripping wheel on the angle grinder next. I have some new urethane ones to go on asap. There are no ball bearings, just bushes, but it spins very smoothly and for a long time which is promising.
More tipped over photos tomorrow.
If anyone has any information to add, I would be grateful.
