I don't think there's much expertise here on Swedish metalworking machines.
You might be better to try on the Metalwork Forums (see link at the top of the page where it says "Shortcuts to: Metalwork Forums").
There doesn't seem to be anything on Torpex at vintage machinery, and I see you've already asked on OWWM. There's a Finnish guy who knows a bit about old Scandinavian machines visits OWWM (and some other sites) from time to time - goes by the name Heimlaga. It might be worth a PM to him.
