    Found this restoration video on a Kirchner Leipzig Jointer, may have similar parts to yours 100+ year old 53cm jointer full restoration Kirchner Leipzig - YouTube

    If the motor works ok I would keep it they seem to use less Amp's than newer ones.

    This one also seems to be your model

    Hi Camelot. Thanks for your time and effort. I had found both of those. The guy that did the restoration is a butcher IMHO. Indiscriminate painting of everything in the same colour and wire brushing the infeed/outfeed tables.
    The advert is def for the same model as mine and I've sent him a message asking for any info he may have about his machine and for photos of detail. No reply yet.
    I found an article on the factory that built these Kirchner machines. Only a small part remains which is being used as a wine shop.
