Indeed. The first batch of RB buzzers was completed in October, 1926 (these were the dozen machines ordered by New Zealand Railways). The machines in the photo were later - as all NZR machines were motorized machines, while half in the photo were flat-belt driven. But not much later, as the tables were extended to 5' before 38 more machines had been built (and the ones in the photo have the shorter 3' 9" tables).
Also the LP recessors in the photo have a modification that was made after 1925, but don't show a modification made by 1928.
I'd guess was taken in late 1926, or in 1927 - but could be as late as 1928.
