Durden Junior Joiner restoration help required
Good morning. I’m a newbie to this site and also a newbie to woodworking and equipment. I recently bought an original (green/blue) junior joiner in pretty poor condition figuring that restoring it would be the best way to learn about the equipment and it’s set up. That’s still probably true but I’m struggling with how to reassemble the unit now that I’ve cleaned and repainted it.
The biggest challenge right now is to to figure out the mechanism underneath the saw side of the device. Lots of pieces to raise and lower the saw table around the drive shaft.
Im stuck and hoped someone could help with pictures/guidance on a step by step basis on how to put this terrific piece of history and capability together.
