Hi guys, i got this combination bench home the other day and appears to have just about all the attachments, I just cant work out how the sander setup works, is there suppose to be a belt from the jointer to the sander?
has anyone got photos of the same model?
thanks

Looks like the belt has to be changed to the sander to run it from the motor at the back . Is there only one motor on it and does the pulley on that line up with the sander?

I put some red and one purple arrow in first picture .
Red arrow for possible belt transfer .And lower red arrow looks like belt tension wheel .
And purple arrow question . What does it do? something to do with pulley ?

I'm guessing it was this one that popped up here last week. Not that it helps you diagnose how it all hangs together...

Hi Paul . Your first post , Welcome to the forum . Do you have the same machine as Ruzjet , post 1 on this thread ?
The Boss has a page on how to post pictures .
Have a read and it shouldn't take to much to work it out .

Hi auscab
My machine seems to be mostly the same,I forgot to mention that it uses a double vee belt to give a reverse rotation for the planer, hence the twin tension pulley set up.I am missing the guides from table and the drum sander ,but otherwise complete.I ll try to send pics as soon as I start to reassemble.
regards Paul

DSCN2461.JPGDSCN2462.JPGDSCN2463.JPGDSCN2464.JPGHi blokes, finally re assembled the machine .the correct description of the belt is back to back vee belt .It took me a while to work out the pulley configuration but it makes sense.
The bit that I am missing from the planer is the shaving chute .Ruzjet I would be thankful of a picture .The rest I am sure I can remake.
Regards Paul
