Default Mobile service person for woodworking machinery repair

Can any members suggest a mobile service person who could repair/service our 20" Carbatec Thicknesser on-site, please? We are in Brisbane North area. We'd prefer not to have to load it up and drive it to Carbatec, too many opportunities for things to go wrong.

There are several companies that service large industrial equipment but I can't find a small operator.

I don't know if Carbatec can provide this service. I was visibly ageing while on hold and gave up. I did send an email and am awaiting a reply.

Any help would be sincerely appreciated.

Carbatec would just be sending it to somebody else, I'd give them a miss. Can't help with your query, but there are a lot of members in SEQ, who can possibly recommend somebody.

Hare and Forbes (Machinery Warehouse) may be able to recommend someone for you.

Thank you cava and aldav. I also received a PM with information.

Carbatec responded promptly to my email and put me in touch with a service person so we're on our way to a solution.
