    Matt

I think you may be the king of spit and polish. If I have sought to curry favour using antiquated and outmoded screw threads, surely you have taken the sycophant thing to new levels in this unabashed effort to "dazzle" the judges.

Otherwise, I think it looks very impressive.

Good grief, that's shiny! I think your work is going to suffer since you'll be mesmerized by your own reflection and forget where to stop.

    Mental note to oneself:

Don’t be heavy handed, as my adorable wife would say when laying out marking out lines.

I’m not going to be using 120 wet and dry for a bit, I can actually still feel the B......... L ...... with a knife edge.
    Bugger.

    Cheers Not happy Matt.

If you can't hide it then feature it. Just make it even deeper and maybe add a few lines and give it a decorative flair.....

40 grit used longitudinally = corrugated sole. As CK suggested.

    Default Challenge 2020 - 2021 Simplicity

    Wow,

It’s been a long time to between my posts,
Unfortunately I’ve had too deal with two elderly parents both having been diagnosed with cancers.
And this has taken quite a bit too deal with.

So the “Body” has unfortunately been put on the back burner for a little bit, but with just over a month too go, I’m determined to get her across the line, an finished.

So as you can see the fabled dining room table, is now my make shift thinking Den(Not to be confused with Den of iniquity although one would be fun).

There is a Rear handle amongst all those bits and pieces believe it or not.
An it may or maybe not be a laminate construction of types.
Then hopefully on to the final spit and polish, more polish than spit tho, actually it will just be lots of Windex and sandpaper to honest.
I try to resist going pass 5000 grit with the paper[emoji6].

    Cheers Matt

That's looking really good so far Matt. Just keep pedalling hard - the clock will probably speed up during the last few weeks.

    Phil,
Do you think we could blind them with our brilliance.[emoji6]

If you don't get a good enough shine from 4000 grit, just turn it over and use the back of the sheet.
I got sick of sitting around doing nothing - so I took up meditation.

You reckon that’s a two for one deal Doug [emoji6].

    Cheers Matt.
