There are quite a number of pour on, type epoxy finishes like envirotex.......but as has been mentioned, they have quite poor UV resistance if any at all.
And this is a universal problem, the clearer ( the less pigments or opaque solids) that a resin, any resin has, the less UV stability.
Even the best UV stablised clear finishes will have a shorter life and far less resistance to sunlight than a similar opaque finish.

The cloudiness of epoxies come mostly from bubbles formed in the hardener/resin mix. Of course fillers, inhibitors and modifiers in the mixture also affect the cloudiness of the cured product. If West 207 is poured more then a 9 mm thick it will be quite cloudy.
