I have sanded it and to be honest wasn't happy with how it came out... so... i reapplied fairing compound to build it all back up and then recommence sanding!!!

Whilst not a lot of progress was happening i was able to get a timber rack made that i had meant to do much earlier for all the full sheets and off cuts.
a fair bit neater than the piles of timber around the shed

They were wheat bags... we had chickens in the backyard at the time and would pick up bags of wheat from my Grandparent's farm regularly

That would've been a good idea at the time, i had to make do with what i had.

knocked this up... a rigid fairing board (torture board) to help get the boat fair.

might knock up a flexible one and then begin the process of sanding... again!!!

Big day in the shed with dad's assistance... almost finished sanding!!

A few hours during the week after work should see it done and ready for primer.

just need to go over the hull and mark up a couple of low spots, not too many but still want to get them sorted asap.

Then... on to the anti-foul primer!!!
