Colour help required - urgent
Redback's painted ... well, her base colour. Now I want to do the trim, and that's where I'd like some suggestions. Yes, I know it's a personal thing but I can't find enough photos of this inwale setup to let me make a rational guess of what she'll look like. I'm hoping someone who's seen more boats than me can give some guidance.
Anyway, as you can tell from the piccy, the inwale is offset on blocks.
The trim colour is a bright blue (coz it's what I got).
I'll be doing the outside face of the gunwales at least but ...
do I leave it there?
Extend the colour over the top of the gunwale to the inside face of the planking?
Do the inwales as well? In which case I'd do the four knees and that doubler on the inner face of the rear transon.
Any help'd be appreciated. I plan to paint tomorrow or sunday.
Cheers
Richard

I think the Sturdee would go for WHITE with maybe an orange trim.
Lovely build by the way.

I just think them up during commercial breaks whilst watching tv.
I don't know if I dream when asleep for I sleep like a baby. ( I know, babies wake up every two hours and cry untill they get fed, as Dan is finding out again.)

Here she is in her final glory... well, without such niceties as rowlocks and inspection ports and I'm not even thinking about the sailing rig yet
