Phoenix floated
Sort of finished and launched at Lake Wallace, NSW.
The major factors work as intended, but there is always something to do.
Didn't fall apart on the road:

Rows like a dream:

Great in theory:

Still things to do:

List of small jobs includes: shorten tiller extension, tinker with running rigging, improvise a system to control centreboard height.
Apart from that, it is a well designed boat and my version holds together and floats.
I call that finished.
Cheers,

Colin, for some reason your images didn't upload properly, you'll need to upload them again.
Cheers
