teak veneered ply
I am crossing my fingers as I write this, hoping that someone will be able to point me in the right direction. I have recently bought a fly bridge sports fisherman which has a teak veneered bulkhead, lower station and galley and although it has been well cared for I am wanting to redesign it and make it a little more practical - so need to mate old with new. I have tried to find a supplier of teak veneered plywood but had absolutely no joy. Ideally I would like it to be marine grade, but it doesn't have to be. Can someone point me in the right direction please?
Thanks.

Perhaps try Boatcraft Pacific in qld. Or a cabinet making woodsheet ( look under mdf or chipboard ) supplier. Even if you buy a thin teak ply and glue it to marine.

Teak Plywood
This has always been a special order. I use AMERIND myself as they have never let me down. You will be able to order basically any thickness ply with what ever type of teak veneer. For veneer only, go direct to where all the manufactures go, BRIGGS VENEERS in Sydney. They will deal direct to the public.
