This was one of the forums that came across form the other place. However all of the info in it was unavailable. Links and .pdf's all either lead to nowhere or were dead. So it has just been re opened again for posting.

I will kick things off by posting a couple or few threads which have no dead links, dead .pdf's or non existent videos.
