Default Cost of replacing cladding in my sydney house

First sorry about asking for pricing/cost online, I understand no one can quote before checking everything and it can vary after the job starts. I am only getting a rough idea of cost so I can start planning for money.

My situation is, my house is in parramatta council sydney,

1, 100SQM timber cladding are old and some damaged by gutter leak, i prefer replacing them and match the look of the separate garage exterior (in photothumbnail_image0.jpgthumbnail_image0.jpgthumbnail_image0.jpg)
2, one story house elevated by about 1 meter.
3, from what I can see behind two boards, some stud need enforcing or replaced
4, three windows with wood frames
5, electricity main box, two solar inverters, one instant gas hot water, one split air con will be impacted. i live here so ideally minimal outage of impact.
6, need to add insulation and sarking
7, paint to match the separate garage exterior

Not considering any surprise that will add to the cost, just the known tasks have to be done, would it be over $10k? 20k? 50k?

    Any help is appreciated

The scope of works you are describing is fairly involved. I doubt very much that anyone on the forum here would be game enough to even give a guesstimate of cost.
I seriously suggest that you contact HIA and ask for recommendation of 3 builders that are familiar with this type of work and who are reasonably local.
There are a few of us on the forum who know only to well the pitfalls in a job like this. There also a few who will with all good intentions give their opinions but this is not advisable in your case.
The person who never made a mistake never made anything

    Cheers
    Ray
