whats a good decent priced earth leakage clamp meter??
after an earth leakage clamp meter that can measure in at least 0.1mA increments and not too expensive but reliable.
anyone recommend one??

You wanted an earth leakage clamp meter. If you have no idea whether the one you mentioned measures earth leakage, why would you claim it “looks good” ?
On my reading of its specs it doesn’t measure earth leakage.
