5m Skiff
Hi. Troops see skiff design for a friend who needs for exercise
not necasserrily fast but stable in smooth water and boat wash
displacement 250 kg. Loa 5m Beam 1.2m. construction ply
on frame.capable of rower and 2 kids. built in bouyancy to suit
Design modelled in Maxsurf.

Why are you allowing the stern to drag so much? Have you run the numbers and can you post them?

PAR Thanks for comment. re:drag i do not do drag or resistance curves unless doing a yacht.
drag/resistance is always controled by displacment and Longditudinal trim am doing hi speed multihull designs for a client, same rule applies ,speed then becomes an issue more power to hull weight.
Recently did a barge design for New Guinea empty the barge actually got on the plan, put 4 tonnes cargo everything changes.
