    I have just looked at this post again and noticed that with 43 views there've been no replies so though that it would be polite at least to make a reply!

    Sorry that I cannot help with your enquiry but I'm in NSW and don't know the situation with model boats in Tasmania (or NSW, for that matter!) but maybe contacting Taskforce 72 would be a help: http://www.taskforce72.org/images/Narrabeen07004.jpg
