    Hi All,

Well I started to do a small modification on the BOAT, I have a Tohatsu 10Hp 2stroke about 10years old,.

The problem is that it's leg is a little longer than the standard short leg , only about 4-5 cm's, this resulted in excessive spray from the back of the leg.

I have cleaned off the Paint and made an insert of laminated plywood (left over from the build), which I have , glued and screwed to the transom, (screws removed after the glue had gone off.

Tomorrow I will sand back the insert, and epoxy and glass the transom , then fill sand and paint,.

Hopefully , I will be able to take it out next week to see how the modification goes.

    Jeff
