Try a Greek restaurant but that's one hell of a big baklava!

Sorry, mate, I'm in one of those moods this afternoon.

I am fairly sure that traditional fishing vessels weren't built from plans, however there are heaps of references in back issues of Wooden Boat Magazine, there is a comprehensive online index at Wooden Boat Index if you type "caque" you'll get the picture.

Assuming from your name you are in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia...you have a couple of chances of finding this stuff....the commercial way is to go to Boat Books in Albert Street;Boat Books Website. They stock back issues (used to have a complete set) OR trot along to a meeting of the Wooden Boat Associatiation (info on the website) where you will find friendly support, and your $20 per year membership gets you access to a library that has all issues of that magazine plus heaps more.

If you don't live in Brissy...well maybe you should think about moving so you can get all this stuff!

    Cheers,

    P
