    Default project boat plans

    Looking at building a 16ft ish "power " boat wth a inboard for Swan River in Perth and Mandurah .Might be able to get a 8HP Stuart Turner ( I like rebuilding motors ) Fair knowledge of woodwork, I mill my own timber, actually make the chainsaw mills.
    Suggestions please on plans available. Also will need some info on Stuart Turner , manual etc

    David Payne has several hulls that will specifically match the "stupid turner" - would be a great project to get the boat and motor going!

    8 is quite a bit of horsepower for a small open 16footer, but you would end up with the fastest boat in the fleet!

    I am moving this thread to the right place on the forum where people will notice the type of request a bit better.
