    Default radicial design ( prototype)

While on holiday in NOOSA , I saw this boat tied in the Tewantin Harbour,

I haven't seen anything like it anywhere else, so thought I would post a Pic or 2 on the Forum.

It has no cabin doors and 2 Torquedo motors for power, I did notice that when a boat passed , the wash from it (5Km's ) the boat moved around quiet a bit .

I can see a host of obvious design issues with this, too many to list really. Interesting shapes, but not enough understanding of what they'll do underway.

certainly captures the imagination. Its certainly radical, certainly a prototype. More of a experiment than a design. Good on him or her for putting in the effort.

It's a lot cheaper to explore these concepts on paper or with models then full size, but maybe he's got more money then talent.

When i said it moved around a bit, I would not like to be on board when a boat passed at full displacement speed, .

The boat would not be very stable in a wash coming from the BEAM, or quarter,. I do not believe that the hull has enough initial stability in it's design,

It is radical in it's concept but as P.A.R says these are better explored on paper or a computer , than on the water , especially when you support the hull on foils as this is.
