Oh, and Par? Our tree hasn't mutated at all, it's merely a superior genus. It seems such a small matter and I'm hesitant to bring it up, but our tree must be the one true tree as it is spelt correctly. i.e. Alluminium, not aluminum.
It is in recognition of it's superior qualities that we take the time to insert those extra letters - difficult as it may be for our children to form such in their tender pre-kindergarden years.
Indeed, some conspiracy theorists espouse the belief that it was Mr Lexen's insistence on using locally made gronicles (using locally grown allumium!) which resulted in our successful (oh what a day that was) bid for The Cup. Not some fancy winged keel. The gift of said chalice to our neighbours to the east a short while later was only our civic duty to be nice to poor people (They don't have alluminium trees there - only sheep).
Don't feel sad, friend Par, rejoice! Our trees stand tall and proud (albeit kind of twisted) and the difficulties inherent in harvesting it's fruit are inconsequential. Remember, some wise bloke - not that wise though, as I can't remember his name - once said "Nothing worthwhile comes easily"
