Default Light globe supply in Victoria

I am after some light globes as spares, mainly because they are banned in Vic later this year.
I have been in touch with that Green mod that replaces your globes with low energy globes.for nothing and they dont have replacements for what I have.Cant really help you said the guy!
Not much good to me as the main lighting in the lounge is on a dimmer (incandecent)
We have 2 x 2 helogen downlights in the ceiling for reading.
    Helogen reading lights in bedrooms
computer room 6 helogens on 3 dimmers
garage lighting has near all fluorescent with a couple of incandecent globes.
All outside lighting is on sensors or fluoro or spots
    Bathroom out-,
    toilet even has a helogen
We have a couple of the old incandecent globes here and there but we never seem to turn them on.
Went to 3 different shops yesterday and very limited supply of globes. All say they are being banned shortly.I ask what can I do.They just shrug.
I dont feel like getting wiring altered and replacing thousands$$$ worth of lighting just because they dont make a replacement globe for me.
    So I am looking interstate.
    Anyone home?

I was under the impression that most propsed rules for banning lights will only ban incandescents - that halogen bulbs will still be OK. I am surprised if Victoria is banning halogens - because my understanding is that indeed there is no long life alternative. If a standard dimmable bulb will work, then I was in K-Mart the other day and they had a Philips dimable long life bulb. It was 3 times the price of a standard one though.

The other day I described to my daughter how to find something in the garage by saying "It's right near my big saw". A few minutes later she came back to ask: "Do you mean the black one, the green one, or the blue one?".

Thanks for quick answer Peter.About the Helogen. That is what I thought, but you know what some shop assistants are like. They had me convinced that they were on the list as well.Well that is a relief then.
I was told there was a new globe to suit dimmers, but the guy didn't know anything about them and didn't seem to care .I was panicing at this stage.
What about globes to suit light sensors.do you know much about them?
You are making me feel better allready.
This place that will replace all the globes for nothing,I would have thought they would know what was going on.He told me they couldnt help much
I will have a look at the philips site now..Thankyou

I seem to still be in trouble.I had a look at the Philips site .
The dimmable lamp looks like a bucket of worms.
I would need 6 of them. I have 2 pendant light fittings with 3 globes in each.
It would loose its effect if I used these globes.
Been looking on the net for others, but havent found any yet
OH! the lamp in the photo is called Dimmable Tornado made by Philips
