    Default white polytarp supplies???

Happy new year to all (coming soon I hope - if this rain ever stops!)
Does anyone know where i can get supplies of white polytarp suitable for sails in Qld?

I'm a bit tired of the tacky blue jib and want to make a new jib and gaff rigged main for my mini sharpie.

    cheers
    Dusty

There is no pure white polytarp that I have seen. But Duckflat have an off white - sort of a very light Grey.

There is also a company in Adelaide that might supply off the roll - ICL - I think the "I" stands for International, but the rest is definitely "Cut Length". They have a range of colours.

    Best wishes

    Thanks guys,
the bunnings clear/fiberglass sheet is a bit heavy for my liking. I can get white poly sails premade or in a kit from the US but wanted to buy local if possible. I'll check out the duck flat boys.
    Thanks again

Yes, especially if you want a sail you can reef, then I can appreciate that this stuff would not be what you're after.

Try the yellow pages for tarpaulin makers.
Some Adelaide tarp makers stock various colours & grades of synthetic materials and will sell raw materials to the public.
