    Default plasterboard using toggles

    hi just wanted to know if ya fit up kitchen cupboard up using the screw toggle is the plasterboard strong enough to hold the cupboards up when there full with tins and stuff

    No.You will need to locate the studs and fix in to those.

    dont know to much about it all are the studs the wood or the adhesive holding the plasterboard

    The studs are the verticle timbers in the frame (this is what your plaster is screwed to), they are normally spaced at about 450mm centres, so you should be able to find one every 450mm along a wall. You can buy a stud finder to locate them of try knocking the plaster ... the sound changes over the stud.
